Amy Guerrieri, President and Founder
Amy is an ardent supporter of kids, food and nutrition. As an experienced entrepreneur, Amy runs five successful food businesses, ranging from retail establishments and a catering business, to a children's beverage company, Rockin' Water. She also has prior experience as a regional sales manager for a promotional advertising company. As a mother of four young children, Amy is focused on improving children's nutrition.
Kimberly Johnson, Development Director
Kimberly helps run RAMP on a day-to-day basis and is instrumental in organizing all of RAMP's activities in Kentucky, as well as pursuing funding and grant opportunities to support RAMP's programs. Kimberly has many years of experience working in the non-profit sector with time spent at the Human Services Council/Children's Connection, St. Luke's Lifeworks, CONCERN/America, the International Executive Service Corps and with the United States Peace Corps. She has a BA in Political Science from the University of Vermont and is currently working on a Masters Degree.
Jenifer Howard, Board Member and Director of Public Relations/Marketing
Jenifer runs an independent public relations agency, J. Howard Public Relations, and has worked with some of the biggest food companies in the U.S., such as Nestle, Dreyer's & Edy's Grand Ice Cream, Kraft, General Mills, and Quaker Oats, and consults on a regular basis with numerous non-profits. Her past experience includes time on the corporate side and on the agency side with Ketchum Public Relations and Public Communications Inc. She is passionate about kids, causes, food, music, the arts, social media, marketing and more. Jenifer also sits on the Board of Through the Eyes of Children: The Rwanda Project, an award-winning non-profit photography project that works with orphaned children in Rwanda.
Katrina Bischoff, Board Member and Director of Development & Special Events
Katrina is owner of A-Dress the Issue, a woman's clothing consultancy and image maker, and is an avid supporter of RAMP. Katrina is a graduate of Loyola University with a degree in communications (concentrating in radio, television and film). She was the in-store events and pr representative for Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills prior to moving to the east coast. She also has her own jewelry business redesigning woman's jewelry collections, as well as redesigning wardrobes. She has lived in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Connecticut.
Kathleen O'Neil Smith, M.D., Member of the RAMP Advisory Board and Director of Nutrition
Dr. Kathleen O’Neil-Smith is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston University Medical School. She completed an internship in pathology at Massachusetts General Hospital followed by an internship and residency in internal medicine at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. She has completed a two-year fellowship in functional medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (the subspecialty of bio-identical hormone therapy and primary disease prevention). She is trained in hormonal rebalancing and targeted amino acid therapies (TAAT) with neuroscience and has an extensive background in nutrition, applied physiology and sports medicine. She has been on the faculty at Tufts University School of Medicine and Boston University School of Medicine. She competed as a member and later coach, of the United States Women’s National Rowing Team. She is a compassionate, innovative, and conscientious physician. She is currently collaborating on a book on optimum health and performance and nutrigenomics with Harper Collins.
